New to Hutchens - Please Register Online at MCPSS.com. Original Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, AL Immunization Record, 2 Proofs of Residency, Parent/Guardian ID will be loaded directly onto the registration site.
Returning Students - If you have not already registered your returning student online, please do so as soon as possible. Username is your email and the password is your oldest, active child’s birthdate. MMDDYYYY. Proofs are only necessary if you have had an address change. If you have been notified about any required documents, please bring to school.
Move-In Day July 27th, 9:00-12:00 - for all new students that have pre-registered Online and for returning students that have completed the Online Registration. Bring in supplies and meet the teacher this day. Please note that your child will not be placed on a roll until all Online Registration has been completed and all necessary documents are presented to the office.
Cardinal Camp July 28th and 29th - only for incoming Kindergarten students that have completed the Online Registration and have registered for the Camp. Must be registered by July 20th to attend.
August 4th – First day of school for students for the 2022-2023 school year.
Required Registration Documents
The following documents are required for formal enrollment of your child:
- Certified Birth Certificate.
- State Of Alabama Certificate of Immunization
- Social Security Card
- Two (2) Proofs of Residence. * One Proof Must be Mortgage Statement, Lease, or Deed/Property Tax
*Second Proof must be a Utility Bill with a Current Date.
(No Disconnect Notices on Utility Bills will be accepted)
- Parent/Guardian Photo I.D.
These items must be received before your child may start school.
