New to Hutchens- Please register online at https://www.mcpss.com/registration. Scan or take a picture and send all required documents to email@example.com. Required documents for registration include: Original Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, AL Immunization Record, 2 Proofs of
Residency, Parent/Guardian ID
Returning Students- If you have not already registered your returning student online, please do so as soon as possible at https://www.mcpss.com/registration. Usernames/passwords were sent home with report cards third quarter. Proofs are only necessary if you have had an address change. If you have been notified about any required documents, please scan or take a picture and send documents to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Move-In DayAug 3- (9:00am -12:00pm) Move-In Day is for all new
students that have pre-registered online and for returning
students that have completed the Online Registration. You may bring in supplies
and meet your teacher during this time. Please note that your child will not be placed
on a roll until all Online Registration has been completed and all necessary
documents are presented to the office.
Kindergarten Cardinal Camp July 29th& 30th- This camp isonly
for incoming Kindergarten students that have completed the Online Registration
and have registered for the Camp. Students must be registered by July 24th to attend. Please check the Kindergarten Cardinal Camp page on this site for a registration form.
August 10th - First Day of School for Students
The following documents are required for formal enrollment of your child:
- Certified Birth Certificate.
- State Of Alabama Certificate of Immunization
- Social Security Card
- Two (2) Proofs of Residence. * One Proof Must be Mortgage Statement, Lease, or Deed/Property Tax
*Second Proof must be a Utility Bill with a Current Date.
(No Disconnect Notices on Utility Bills will be accepted)
- Parent/Guardian Photo I.D.
These items must be received before your child may start school.
